Violin Recital

July 29th, 3:00pm | Lycoming College’s Trachte Music Center | Livestreamed | Fundraising for a new violin.

Why come??

As I have advanced in my education and career, the time has come for me to upgrade my instrument. While I have fallen in love with the beautiful instrument I have owned now over the last 4 years, it is time for me to search for a new violin to embark on the next chapter of my journey.

That is why I am hosting this recital - to fundraise for a new violin! Classical music survives on the generosity and support of others, which is why I have decided to bring my music back home and share all I have learned and experienced with you all as the next stages of my career begin.

I have been blessed by an instrument which has taken me to NYO-USA’s European tour, gained me admittance to the New England Conservatory and the Juilliard School, and sat me as concertmaster of the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra where I played Strauss’s Ein Heldenleben, the most difficult concertmaster solo in all of classical music, on tour in South Africa!

However, to compete on the World Stage and continue m growth as a musician, it is time to move on.

That is why I am fundraising for a new violin! Any contribution, big or small, will help me to my efforts to the next stage. Thank you in advance!
